Ash, Ash Green and Ash Vale

Three villages that have grown into each other along a railway line. GU12 is level crossings and lanes.

The crossings are the local hazard. Stop-start over rails, an approach that has been patched a dozen times, and a raised lip at either side that hits both wheels on one axle at once. Bent rims and split sidewalls show up here more than anywhere on this side of the patch. Ash Green keeps its lane character with soft verges and passing places, and the canal side around Ash Vale is narrow with parking on the road. Building work is constant somewhere in this district, which means nails.

Bent rim as well as a flat? Say so. A tyre alone will not hold air on a buckled wheel and we would rather bring the right answer.
