What people ask
Can I just get a boost and go?
If the battery takes a charge and the car stays running, yes. If it dies again in the first minutes, it needs a battery, not another pack. We will not wave you onto a dual carriageway on a prayer.
It is a start-stop car.
Tell us. Some of those batteries do not like a casual jump. We will still attend; we just need the car, not a surprise AGM when we arrive.
I am in an underground park.
Height, signal, and access. Send the entrance. If we cannot get the van next to the car we will say so rather than wander three levels with a pack and no signal.
