Tow
The car will not roll. We take it where you need it.
Some jobs are not a tyre. The car has stopped and it is not going to start. We recover it from the patch — driveway, car park, or the side of the road — and take it to the place you name, not a depot you did not ask for.
On the ground
- We ask where it is going before we hook it, not after
- Night recoveries when the car is blocking a lane or a drive
- If a tyre would get you home we say that, rather than selling a tow
- Access notes for estate gates and narrow GU25 lanes
What people ask
Will you only take it to your own workshop?
We do not run a public bay. You name the destination. Home, a garage you already use, or a dealer. If the distance is outside what we can do tonight, we say so on the phone.
The car is on a private drive.
That is normal. Tell us about slopes, gates, and whether it is in gear. We will not scrape a Wentworth wall to prove a point.
Can you recover after a tyre job fails?
If the wheel is wrecked or the car is unsafe to drive, yes. That becomes a recovery, priced as one, not a surprise add-on after a fitting.
