A tyre fitter is not the police and not your insurer. Once you are safe and the other parties have what they need, we can move the car off the road or off a drive. We will not start if the scene is still live.

Should I call you before the police?
If anyone is hurt or the road is blocked, emergency services first. Call us when you know the car needs moving and it is legal to do so.

That is a live scene. Follow what the officers say. When they want it moved, we can take it. Do not stand in a live lane to flag us down.
Will you deal with the insurer?
We can send you a job note with times and the destination. We are not an approved-repair network. You still speak to your insurer.
